All user data processed through our intake funnel is secured through explicit, active consent verification. By interacting with our project scoping tool, clients formally authorize the evaluation of their technical requirements.
3. Encrypted Storage Protocols
Client records and scoping proposals are processed within serverless environments and secured cleanly inside our encrypted Firestore nodes. All cloud infrastructure strictly adheres to international security compliance to ensure your proprietary information is protected against unauthorized breaches.
4. Right to Deletion
Under POPIA standards, clients maintain absolute authority over their data lifecycle. Should you require the immediate deletion of your scoping records or contact profiles from our private cloud networks, you can initiate a permanent erasure request by contacting our technical team.
